Annual Banquet
The Alabama banquet, our largest fundraiser and most important revenue source, is held in November each year. The evening's festivities include a live auction, silent auction, and a variety of raffles. The fun starts at 6:30 pm

Platinum Sponsorship
The Platinum Sponsorship is a way for businesses to support our chapter and to go above and beyond the ticket price in their support of Quail Forever.
The $2,000.00 includes admission for ten to the exclusive sponsor social at 5:00pm, where guests will recieve free drinks and appetizers, five gift bags (over $100.00 value), and chances to win exclusive sponsor prizes. One or more full page ads are given in our full color brochure for each person who attends the banquet.
At 6:30 Sponsors will move the main hall to enjoy dinner for ten. This includes five annual memberships to Quail Forever.
Gold Sponsorship
The Gold Sponsorship is a way for businesses to support our chapter and to go above and beyond the ticket price in their support of Quail Forever.
The $1,000.00 includes admission for eight to the exclusive sponsor social at 5:00pm, where guests will recieve free drinks and appetizers, four gift bags (over $100.00 value), and chances to win exclusive sponsor prizes. A full page ad is given in our full color brochure for each person who attends the banquet.
At 6:30 Sponsors will move the main hall to enjoy dinner for eight. This includes two annual memberships to Quail Forever.
Silver Sponsorship
The Silver Sponsorship is a way for businesses to support our chapter and to go above and beyond the ticket price in their support of Quail Forever.
The $500.00 includes admission for four to the exclusive sponsor social at 5:00pm, where guests will recieve free drinks and appetizers, two gift bags (over $100.00 value), and chances to win exclusive sponsor prizes. A half page ad is given in our full color brochure for each person who attends the banquet.
At 6:30 Sponsors will move the main hall to enjoy dinner for four. This includes two annual memberships to Quail Forever.
Bronze Sponsorship
The Bronze Sponsorship is a way for businesses to support our chapter and to go above and beyod the ticket price in their support of Quail Forever.
The $350.00 includes admission for two to the exclusive sponsor social at 5:00pm, where guests will recieve free drinks and appetizers, a gift bag (over $199.99 value), and chances to win exclusive sponsor prizes. Name recognition is given in our full color brochure for each person who attends the banquet.

Bobwhite Sponsorship
The Bobwhite Sponsorship is a way for individuals and/or couples to go above and beyod the ticket price in their support of Quail Forever.
The $250.00 includes admission for two the the exclusive sponsor social at 5:00pm, where guests will recieve free drinks and appetizers, a gift bag (over $199.99 value), and chances to win exclusive sponsor prizes. Name recognition is given in our full color brochure for each person who attends the banquet.

Alabama Covey Rise Chapter of Quail Forever Banquet Highlights
We are excited for our annual banquet, as every year this is the highlight of our local Alabama Quail Forever Chapter. Each year we have lots to feature and showcase for the upcoming banquet. Below is a few of the many different items on schedule for our upcoming banquet. We look forward to seeing you in attendance!
- Silent Auction Items: Local Artisan Craftwork, gift certificates, Quail Forever Merchandise
- General Raffle Items: Quality firearms, Crossbow, Coolers, Outdoor Living Items, etc.
- Live Auction: 10 - 15 items, framed limited edition prints, hunts, Quail Forever Merchandise. guns and other special items.
- Please Note: Due to the ever changing availability of guns and donated merchandise, we reserve the right to substitute "like quality" for anything specifically advertised in our banquet flyer but unavailable to us on the night of the banquet.
